1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the prg77 Platform, which enables access to our gaming services and contains User information, transaction history, and account balance.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or other gambling activity offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by prg77 to Users, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User into their prg77 Account for the purpose of placing bets and participating in games.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's prg77 Account balance to the User's designated bank account or payment method.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the primary currency used for transactions on the prg77 Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by prg77 to confirm User identity, age, and residency through submission of valid identification documents.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and use the prg77 Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration. prg77 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the Platform and placing bets. We reserve the right to use geolocation technology to verify your location.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law and must not be prohibited from using online gaming services by any applicable legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted from gambling activities on the prg77 Platform or any other online gaming platform.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To use the prg77 Service, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identification card (KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

prg77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC compliance obligations, we require all Users to verify their identity before processing withdrawals. You must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents: (a) a valid Indonesian identification card (KTP) showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and identification number; (b) proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence; and (c) any additional documents we may reasonably request to verify your identity, payment method ownership, or source of funds. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time, including video verification calls. Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of our request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You agree to immediately notify prg77 of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account or any other breach of security. prg77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility, and you will be liable for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your Account credentials.

3.5 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the prg77 Platform. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect that you have opened or are operating multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts immediately, void all bets and transactions associated with the duplicate Accounts, confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such Accounts, and ban you permanently from the Platform. This restriction applies regardless of whether the multiple Accounts were created intentionally or accidentally.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

prg77 supports deposits via major Indonesian banking channels including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, as well as popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start from Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day to promote responsible gaming; these limits are displayed during the deposit process and may be adjusted based on your Account status and verification level.

Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 22:00 WIB) for bank transfers and 24/7 for e-wallet transactions. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience processing delays until the next business day. You agree that all deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error by prg77 or duplicate charges caused by system malfunction. Deposited funds must be used for bona fide gaming activity; prg77 is not a money transfer service, and using the Platform to transfer funds between accounts or launder money is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours during business days, subject to security checks and verification procedures. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your Account tier, verification status, and payment method. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your verified prg77 Account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen payment method: bank transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days after approval, while e-wallet withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. prg77 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, over which we have no control.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

prg77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account or transaction that we deem suspicious or unusual. This includes, but is not limited to: large or frequent deposits with minimal gaming activity, withdrawal requests shortly after deposits without reasonable gameplay, transactions inconsistent with your stated income or profession, or deposits from multiple sources. If we suspect money laundering or fraudulent activity, we may freeze your Account, suspend withdrawals, request additional documentation or information, and report the activity to relevant authorities as required by Indonesian law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

prg77 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and expiration dates, which are detailed in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms in case of any conflict.

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 20,000,000 in total bets before you can withdraw the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute lower percentages (e.g., 10-20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be abused. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting on both red and black in roulette, or backing all outcomes in a sports event), colluding with other players to share bonus funds, or any other activity that we determine in our sole discretion constitutes unfair exploitation of promotional offers. prg77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel any associated winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the prg77 Platform are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or voided once accepted by our system, except in cases of obvious technical error or system malfunction acknowledged by prg77. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. Bet outcomes are determined according to the official rules of each game or the official result of each sporting event as recognized by the relevant governing body. In the event of disputes regarding bet outcomes, prg77's decision is final and binding.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or league (e.g., BRI Liga 1, Premier League, FIFA). If a sporting event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, settlement rules vary by sport and bet type and are detailed in our comprehensive sportsbook rules. Live in-play bets are subject to delays in odds updates and bet acceptance due to the nature of real-time betting; by placing live bets, you acknowledge and accept these delays. Maximum payout limits apply to sports bets and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment provided by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by prg77 or any human intervention. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the game manufacturer and represent long-term statistical averages; actual results over short play sessions may vary significantly. Malfunction voids all pays and plays—if a technical error or game malfunction occurs, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your Account.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the prg77 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, software scripts, or any technology designed to place bets automatically or systematically without human intervention.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, sharing account information, or coordinating bets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for personal gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or deceptive registration information.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technology to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or prg77 staff through chat functions, messages, or any other communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prg77, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and game providers (collectively, the "prg77 Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to user error, technical malfunction, or unauthorized account access; loss of potential winnings or profits; business interruption; emotional distress; or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss, even if prg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform and all games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. prg77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the prg77 Parties to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

prg77 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; prolonged inactivity; request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to prg77, other Users, or third parties.

Upon termination of your Account, you forfeit all rights to access the Platform and use our services. If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, prg77 reserves the right to confiscate all funds in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. If your Account is terminated for reasons other than breach or fraud, we will return your Account balance minus any applicable fees, pending completion of all necessary verifications and investigations. You remain liable for all obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals and close your Account within seven (7) business days. You acknowledge that closure of your Account does not absolve you of any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the prg77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, data compilations, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of prg77, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The prg77 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of prg77 or its affiliates and may not be used without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content; (b) use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform; or (d) use the Platform or Content for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data to trusted third-party service providers for payment processing, fraud prevention, and platform operation purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities under your Account.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.2 Waiver

No waiver by prg77 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by prg77 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prg77's prior written consent. prg77 may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or notice.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and prg77 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
